🇺🇦🇵🇱 As part of the 2025 First Ladies and Gentlemen Summit, Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute hosted a visit by a delegation from the Republic of Poland and an open dialogue between students and Andrzej Szeptycki, Undersecretary of State in The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Poland, who headed the delegation. During the meeting, Andrzej Szeptycki delivered a lecture on ‘Educational and Scientific Diplomacy in the Digital Age’.
📌 The meeting between the guests and students of the Faculty of Sociology and Law of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute was held in the form of a live Q&A dialogue, during which topical issues of education and science development were discussed:
- how educational and scientific diplomacy helps the state to survive, strengthen security, develop the economy, and promote history and cultural heritage;
- what challenges educational and scientific diplomacy faces during wartime;
- the role of digital technologies in the development of education and science;
- why the democratization of education is not a trend but a necessity;
- the importance of international cooperation between educational institutions, in particular participation in European educational alliances.
