     We are delighted to invite you to the international conference EmpowerED: Enhancing English Education for Resilient Communities in Ukraine, a pivotal event addressing the critical role of English language education in fostering resilience and rebuilding communities amid ongoing challenges.
     The conference is hosted by the Faculty of Linguistics at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute with the support of the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine and co-organised by the University of North Carolina Wilmington, USA. It will bring together educators, researchers, and policymakers dedicated to transforming English education in Ukraine.

 The program will feature a distinguished group of plenary speakers, including Dr. Bruno Roque Cignacco, David Reid Anderson, Dr. N. Safrine, Prof. Yuliana Lavrysh, Dr. N. Eleni Pappamihiel, Prof. Iryna Simkova, Somer Lewis and other researchers who will share their insights and strategies to equip educators with practical tools and strategies to foster resilience and create supportive, thriving communities in English teaching.
