The conference is hosted by the Faculty of Linguistics at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute with the support of the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine and co-organised by the University of North Carolina Wilmington, USA. It will bring together educators, researchers, and policymakers dedicated to transforming English education in Ukraine.
The program will feature a distinguished group of plenary speakers, including Dr. Bruno Roque Cignacco, David Reid Anderson, Dr. N. Safrine, Prof. Yuliana Lavrysh, Dr. N.
